This whole package will create huge savings and will usually be between 6-8 per square foot.
Extra costs most of these costs are included in our package deals however if you are not purchasing a full package these items may be more.
Unlevel floors: there is no way to know how level your foundation will be until we check it with a level after demo this leveling process depends on the severity and floating floors are the best solution for unlevel foundations because of their contouring ability.

Move dustmop with the grain of flooring and in the same direction not like a broom, never lift the dust mop off the floor until your ready to vaccume off the mop.
After floor is entirely dry dust mopped you may spray a little cleaner on the bottom of the mop.
Once you spray the mop quickly repeat step 1 and you should only need to spray the mop no more than three times on an entire house, excessive use of cleaners will leave filmy residue.
Never use oils like (Orange glow, or waxes like Laminate refresher) these will leave a horrible residue on your new floors that are incredibly time consuming to strip off.
