We DO NOT set pricing based upon the maximum we think you can afford. Whether we are working in a $50,000 home or a $5,000,000 home, the price will always be the same. We will be happy to provide you with additional pictures and as many references as you'd like!

2. Avoid companies offering to install solid hardwood flooring on a concrete slab sub-floor.
Doing this is just a disaster waiting to happen.
Concrete is porous.
It wicks moisture from the earth upwards.
The moisture then wicks into your floor via capillary action.
Solid hardwood does not react well to moisture.
It will swell, buckle and delaminate.
Companies make the claim that they can do this because there are glue manufacturers that claim it can be done with their products.
The glue has a moisture barrier built in.
