Green Street Flooring (GSF) is a locally owned business that opened in early 2017 in the Historic District of downtown New Baltimore, Michigan.
It was known as Eastside Finest Flooring Gallery (EFFG) at that time they opened.
In September of 2018, the building on the corner of Green Street and Washington became available.
The owner of EFFG Brandon Kortz knew that moving catty-corner to a much more visible building was the right move.
As they say, business is all about location, location, location.

WPC vinyl flooring, which stands for wood plastic composite, is an engineered, luxury vinyl plank flooring option that has been newly introduced into the market.
The main difference with this flooring is the technologically advanced construction.
A WPC vinyl product is manufactured with a wood-plastic composite backing instead of a solid PVC backing.
The engineered backing combines recycled wood pulp and plastic composites to form a bond of strength and stability.
This is then topped with a standard vinyl top layer.
