The Floor Store's origins stem from the small town of Ripley, Mississippi.
Growing up working for his father's family business, Ripley-native, Dale Caviness knew he always wanted to work for himself.
He started his own American dream in 1992, and because of Caviness's willingness to go the extra mile for his customers, his business boomed.
Because of the store's continued growth, Caviness set plans into motion for a stand-alone building to expand.

The Floor Store is a locally owned and operated business and has been in business since 1997!
Our estimates are free!
If you choose to use us to install your material as well, we require a free estimate to take place before moving onto the next steps of the flooring process.
First, come to the store to pick the material and color.
If we are installing, we come out to your home in question to conduct a free estimate.
After you approve the estimate, we require a 50% deposit (we charge a 3% transaction fee on debit and credit cards, so we prefer cash or checks), then once your material is in, we will schedule the install.
