My husband called many flooring company's out to see the floors and all of them said they were un-repairable.

Place felt protector pads on the bottoms of all furniture that come into direct contact with your floor.
Clean up water or liquid spills immediately so the water does not have a chance to soak into the wood.
Don't expose floors to extreme heat or prolonged strong sunlight as ultraviolet light can cause any organic material including wood to discolor over time.
Clean using a cloth or soft mop slightly dampened with manufacturers recommended cleaning products - or you may use a 10 to 1 solution of water and vinegar, or, generic hardwood floor cleaner such as WoodWise or Bona.
