The floor had previously been stained black and it is a mid-century modern home with recessed (integrated) baseboards.
As a result, the refinisher had to sand right up against the wall, without damaging it since there are no baseboards to hide the edges.
We are extremely happy with the quality of the job, the time it took to complete, and the price.
Sent in a cleaner once the work was complete.
