Flooring Design Associates, Inc., a family run business, has been assisting customers since 1984 to transform their houses into homes or as lifestyle changes, refresh their homes to complement their current lifestyle. Joe Lacinski, a long-time employee, purchased the company from the original owner in 2002. Joe believes in long-term relationships with our builders, general contractors and clientele by providing a full-service solution, from take-offs through warranty or anything in between.
We specialize in a wide variety of products that include hardwood, stone, tile, carpet, vinyl floor coverings & solid surface counter tops. We have extensive experience installing these products with homebuilders, general contractors and developers, and have an in-house warranty program to support our products and installations.
Our vast experience allows us to be a part of the finished product in production, custom, and semi-custom homes, multi-family units, restoration and remodel projects, as well as commercial tenant finish.
