I just needed one bedroom carpeted. Went to a couple different stores. This one was the best price. They gave me a quote for taking the old carpet out, painting on the Kilz Oder block, and installation. I decided to do that part myself, but their quote for doing all that wasn't bad at all. Good luck with trying to get another company to do that. My installation guy was super nice!
I believe his name was Michael. I will be using this company again. They also got it installed a couple days early. Over the last 15 years, I have used the Floor Show for a few different flooring projects. They have carpeted two (2) different houses and laminate flooring for another. I have always had excellent customer service with Matt and the installers they use are friendly and do an excellent job.
They have a very nice and abundant selection of both carpet and wood/laminate, as well as tile. I will continue to give them my business over the big box stores. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to browse and were thrilled to see so many samples in their really lovely showroom.
