A huge thank you to Curtis Carpets for the beautiful LVP flooring throughout our home. Our salesperson Laura helped us select the flooring and promptly addressed any concerns through the install. After the install was complete we had some issues. Terri immediately set up an appointment for the Service Department to send someone out. Cory assessed the work and agreed the issues needed fixing but also noticed some other things he felt needed adjusting.

Curtis Carpets completed all of the flooring and tiling in our new lakefront home and it looks beautiful! We were most ably helped with our final flooring and tile selections by Kyle and Evelyn. We had a beautiful wire brushed, white oak engineered hardwood installed throughout most of the cabin and it is perfect - warm and contemporary. The vinyl flooring in selected rooms looks very nice too.
We have also had many compliments on the tile work in the bathrooms and kitchen with the lovely backsplash in the kitchen being a real stand out. Clearly we were fortunate to have a top notch installers on this job. A big thank-you and shout out from us!

Kyle from Curtis carpets was excellent to work with. He helped us choose over 2000 sq/feet of flooring for our new build. He went above and beyond by ordering us a whole box of a sample we liked so we could take it home and see it on a large scale. This ultimately made the sale. I had a great experience at this location. I'm currently redoing my room and needed a carpet for the side along my bed. I have a small room and needed a specific size of carpet. Kayla helped me out so much! When one of the carpets was out of my price range, she went around to find something similar, yet affordable for my situation. This place was the recommended vender from our builder so we went with them. From start to finish they were amazing. Gail always got back to us right away and the floor/carpet we choose with her all looked amazing and the pricing was very transparent as per our request. Once our house was complete we did notice there was some damage to the flooring (probably due to trades going through) and Curtis Carpets came in and fixed it for us right away. I highly recommend this place for anyone!

The wife and I needed some new carpeting for our front steps. We stopped in and were greeted by Marlene who was very helpful and showed us a couple of possibilities. She did not have the price right away but we made our choice and she got back to us quickly with it after we got home. Doug the estimator got there one day sooner which was good and Marlene got back to us quickly with the total cost.
We decided that the price was reasonable and went for it. They said it would take three weeks and just after that time, the installer arrived bright and early and was finished installing within a couple of hours which was good as there was a threat of rain. And he cleaned up and took all the junk away leaving things looking good. We are very happy with the new carpet and wish to thank everybody for a job well done.

The cost was better than the larger competitors, and the men who came to install the new carpet even used the underlay we had in our garage to save us some cost and to save it from going to the landfill (which Home Depot and Rona refused to do). Recently we went through a kitchen renovation and we actually wanted to keep our Curtis Carpets floor from 7 years ago because we were still getting compliments and it looked brand new. However the kitchen layout precipitated the need for a new floor and they helped us pick out the BEST floor - Everwood Torly plank flooring which we loved. Barb even sourced out a perfect match for the t-mold seam between our hallway and kitchen flooring.
Less than 5 months later, we had a fire and the flooring needed to be replaced. We insisted on Curtis Carpets because of the value, customer service and stellar product. Well thanks to their installer Joey, it's all back to brand new and it's perfect yet again. Thank you Curtis Carpets! We will recommend you time and time again!
