The team at Floor Inspirations have literally made my family and Is dream become a reality. From what we expected in our kitchen that incorporated not only design but functionality and durability, Doug and his team accomplished every challenge. Starting off with Xaquira at the design center formulating the renderings to Chris and his crew ensuring those sketches become a reality. Doug and Zohra paid great attention to every detail from start to finish.

Never did they seem to be in a rush nor did they make you feel like any questions or concerns were not worth their time. Ive had my fair share of experience working with contractors on remodeling and theres always mishap happening regarding timelines and work needing to be redone. I can truly say that when Floor Inspirations were done with their work in my house, they never needed to return again due to any workmanship issues. We receive countless compliments on our kitchen and we cannot thank the team at Floor Inspirations for making it a reality.

I came into FI because they rep Karndean LVT. The owners and showroom staff were very accomodating with borrowing or ordering samples to help make my selection. The installers worked hard to get my full house installation done in 2.5 days. FI was not inexpensive but they earned my trust with their good business ethics and having good products and people. I will check them out again when it comes time to update my bathrooms.

Great selection of product to choose from. Working with Shelby was wonderful. She helped me stay on budget and guided me through the entire process. Very happy with the final product, looks fabulous!

August 2024 It has been a 1 1/2 years since the installation and the recommendation below. There has been no issues and I remain very satisfied with my choice to work with Floor Inspirations. February 2023 Floor Inspirations is a quality flooring company with higher end brand products and installers. They employe their own installers and do not use contractors.

Before arriving at Floor Inspirations, I received 3 bids from others stores on different brand products. These previous stores all used contract installers and did not sell the Proximity Mills brand; which after extensive research and consultations, I decided was the highest rated stone composite tongue and groove plank floor for my particular needs.

Floor Inspirations did sell this brand and that is what initially brought me to them. Xaquira had extensive knowledge and was very helpful with getting answers for all my product questions and was a true pleasure to work with. Doug is the owner and does the bids as well. He has extensive knowledge and integrity from every perspective. Pablo is their installer for this style floor and if I had a flooring company I would want to hire him without question.

The install can require floor leveling with special concrete and this is where you need a real pro and Pablo is that for sure. My floor required extensive leveling due to the old house having multiple add on sections that were not initially leveled properly. I give Floor Inspirations a A+ from all aspects.

I would like to Thank Floor Inspirations for finding my Valencia White 15x30 tile to help us finish our master shower in New house. The first vendor shorted us 16 pieces and said it would be November 8th before we could get it. We are close on house and interest adding up. Especially a Thank you to Sakura if I spelled it correctly. She was most courteous and very helpful. She handled the whole situation with the utmost respect and caring about our situation. We originally hired them to replace all our downstairs flooring. It went so smoothly (and was completed on time!) that we hired them a few weeks later to do some renovations upstairs (which was also a great experience and turned out exactly as we had hoped). We checked with several floor renovation companies before settling with Doug and Floor Inspirations. The entire team helped us thru the process of replacing the floors in the whole house (2500 sq ft) due to moisture coming up from the slab. I recently had hardwood floors installed. I chose to work with Floor Inspirations design and build and had a great experience. I love the floors I picked (Paradiso Montesilvano Cremona), the staff was very responsive and the installation was scheduled/performed very soon after I decided to move forward with the purchase. They made sure I was completely happy with the whole process until the install was completed. Overall very happy with the quality of the floors and the service!

Floor Inspirations Design & Build were very professional on their job. They always take close attention to the details. I think this is what separates an ordinary to a great contractor. I look forward to the next bathroom remodel with them.

They came and redid the flooring upstairs and rebuilt my staircase to a hardwood. They did a wonderful job. The work was done quickly, they were very responsive and handled any issues I had. I am very happy with the work that they did.

We have used Floor Inspirations twice - once for our downstairs after Hurricane Harvey and the second time for our upstairs in 2022. I simply cant say enough good things about the work done. It is a big job to move furniture around and install flooring. They did it all flawlessly and far more quickly than I anticipated - even after they discovered the subfloor required repair.

They are excellent at craftsmanship and were exceptionally careful with our things. NOTHING was broke in all the moving. The floors look gorgeous and I am so happy with the work performed!

After getting couple of other estimates, we felt most comfortable with Zohra & Doug and selected Floor Inspirations. They were recommended by our neighbor who did a complete kitchen and bath remodel. and needed someone to renovate. We found them to be HONEST, skilled, kind, considerate, and respectful to our neighbors. They followed the plans and when there were bumps in the road, we found them to be responsive, thoughtful and honest.

They got the job done quickly and well too. The job included 2 full bathroom remodels, painting kitchen cabinets, custom built-in cabinets for WFH office, and new carpet in the bedrooms. We were very impressed with their level of professionalism and would choose them for any project big or small.

We recently changed the back splash of the kitchen with Floor Inspirations. Doug and Xaquira were a delight to work with. They were professional from choosing the material to measurement to the installation and clean up. I love the final product! Would definitely work with them again un the future and recommend others to visit the store when considering their remodeling.

Urban kitchen has a very good happy hour: both special good menu and good drink specials. Good was delicious. The chicken sliders wee great; nicely spiced. The guacamole was delicious and was a generous portion. The quesadillas are special-traditional, yet distinctive. The prices are very affordable. Great experience.

I recently bought tiles from here and my salesperson was amazing, Xaquira was amazing, first I sent an email late at night and he replied right away and told me he would provide an answer the next day, which he did. I was impressed by that because when I sent the email that night I wasnt expecting to hear from anyone until the next day. The next morning he sent me the info I needed and more, he was very responsive, professional and helpful, helped me with the sales process.

Then a day after that he asked how did the material pick up go, was I satisfied with the product, I mean bravoo.why cant we get service like this everywhere. Xaquira you did an amazing job, you went far beyond my expectations, thank you very much and continue the good work.

Staff was extremely helpful in the store, they were on time when coming to measure and install, and communication was thorough and professional. After having 3 homes remodeled I finally found a store that delivers the highest quality with professionals. I love the way they treat my wife and me during the design phase and after the sale.

We had a great experience! We went to the Big Carpet stores, but decided to also take a look at Floor Inspirations since they were close to our house. We were not disappointed. Not only were they competitive in price, but they were able to check stock on all of the choices we liked in order to make sure the carpet could be installed before our furniture arrived at our new house.

The owners (Doug & Zhora) kept us updated with installation times and personally came out to make sure we were happy with everything. We felt like we got very personalized service for s great price!

We used Floor Inspirations for all of our floor tile needs and we have been pleased. We decided after the house was finished to tile the front porch too, and they provided the labor and the tile and we were happy with both. 4,600 sq.ft. of flooring and we are happy with every bit of it.

Last year I came to Floor Inspirtaions to get my rent house done as cheap as possible. I needed carpet and laminate floors. John showed me exactly what I needed, and kept me under budget. I wasn't picky, because it was a rent house. But they did a magnificent job! The installers arrived as scheduled. Both crews were very mannerly and hard working.
