We have a 3 step process in sanding and refinishing a floor. A rough cut with coarse sand paper to remove the old finish and level off any unevenness. The two other cuts are with a medium and then a fine coarse sand paper leaving a smooth floor ready for stain or polyurethane. We do all types of repairs from solid wood floors that have water, pet or chemical stains to engineered and laminate floors that need replacing.
