Dande West has been formally schooled in wood floor installations by the National Wood Floor Association. We are installation professionals, we are craftsmen! Since 1994, Dande West Hardwood Flooring has been the "good guy" in the flooring business. We use legal contracting companies who strive to perform quality work that abides by the California Contractors State Contractors Licensing Board.
We avoid the mainstream flooring contractor model and stay away from big box stores, undocumented workers, and unlicensed contractors. This schooling separates Dande West from all of its competitors in the Inland Empire area of metro Los Angeles.
We have 18 years of refinish experience as a company - all of our machines are dustless, and in perfect working condition.
Equipment of this nature is far beyond the capabilities of the DIY'er, and not available for rent from a Big Box store or rental yard.
Machines of this caliber provide the best possible result, and are the signature of a serious monetary commitment by the contractor.

The whole floor does not have to be scrapped, but merely locally addressed.
In almost all situations, the floor can be repaired to pre-disaster condition.
Repairs are meant to be 100% invisible.
Be advised that 100% of carpet stores and/or Big box stores will advise a total replacement as a remedy for their own sales forecasts in the event of an accident.
